What it is
The Admin Log is a record of everything your staff change in clan management. Each entry says what was changed, by which admin, and when.
Use it to answer "who changed that?" without asking around, and to check what a new admin has been doing.
Only clan admins can see it.
What gets recorded
Changes made in any part of clan management:
- Clan Settings
- Donations
- Rank Management
- Progression Rules
- Member Roster
- Dashboard
- Events
- Competitions
- Member Activity
- Discord Bot
- Warning System
Each entry is a short sentence saying what was done. Where it applies, Changed: lists the individual settings that were altered.
Find something
Use the filters at the top, then press Filter.
| Filter | Narrows to |
|---|---|
| Area | One part of clan management, such as Events. |
| Admin | One person's changes. |
| Time frame | The last 7, 30 or 90 days, the last year, or all time. |
Reset clears the filters. Entries are grouped by day, newest first, with Newer and Older to page through.
What it doesn't cover
- Changes made in RuneScape. Promotions, kicks and joins happen in game. Those show in your clan's roster changes, not here.
- Point changes. Every rank point change has its own record, the points history. See Set up rank progression.
- What the bot does in Discord. Role changes and staff approvals go to the bot's own audit log channel. See Set up member onboarding.
Good to know
There is no way to edit or delete an entry from this page, so the log can be trusted as a record.
