Find the event
On the website
- Open your clan's page and choose the Calendar tab.
- Click the event. A summary opens. For bingo and points events, the event has its own page (the Event Hub) with the board or leaderboard.
In Discord
- Type
/event listto see what is coming up. - If your clan posts events to a channel, the announcement there links to the event too.
Sign up for a standard event
Standard events only need to know you are coming.
On the website
- Open the event.
- Under Register Your Interest, press Register My Interest. It shows the RuneScape name you will be registered as.
- Not logged in? Type your RuneScape name in the box and press Register Interest. No account is needed.
In Discord
- Type
/event interestedand pick the event from the list. - Or press Interested on the event's post or reminder, if your clan posts them. Can't make it takes you off again.
Your name now shows under Registered Interest on the event.
If the event is for clan members only, a name that isn't in the clan is refused. Events marked Guests Allowed accept anyone.
Sign up for a boss event
Boss events have a role planner, so the host can see who can do what.
- Register your interest as above.
- On the event page, find Team Roles.
- Press Take this role on every role you can play. You can take more than one.
- If the boss has phases, each phase has its own roles. Pick for each.
In Discord, /event roles does the same thing: pick the event and tick your roles. If the host posted the line-up in a channel, you can also press the role buttons on that post.
Signed up but not placed? You are on the Reserves list until you take a role or the host gives you one. The host can move anyone, so check the line-up before the event.
Register for a bingo or points event
These need an account, because your board and your submissions belong to you.

- If you are not logged in, you are asked to log in first.
- Solo events: check the name under Registering As and press Register for Event.
- Team events: type a Team Name, add your team mates under Add Team Members, and press Register Team. You are added to your own team automatically.
Things that can stop you:
| You see | It means |
|---|---|
| Members Only | The event isn't open to guests and you are not in the clan. |
| Admin Assignment Only | Staff are placing people themselves. Ask them to add you. |
| Registration Closed | The event has ended, or it has started and late registration is off. |
| Already Registered | You are in. Press View Event. |

What happens after you sign up
- Reminders. If your clan uses them, the bot posts a reminder in Discord before the event. You can also get reminders by direct message: switch them on in your account settings on the site.
- Bingo and points. Your board or task list stays hidden until the event starts. Once it does, see Submit evidence.
- Attendance. After a standard or boss event, staff mark who turned up. In clans that use rank points, attending can earn you some.
Leave an event
On the website: open the event and press Remove My Interest.
In Discord: type /event leave and pick the event.
For a bingo or points team, a team member can remove people from the team on the team's edit page. To withdraw a whole team, ask staff.
Common problems
The bot says it can't find my RuneScape name.
Your Discord account isn't linked yet. Run /verify with your exact RuneScape name, then try again.
I can't see the board. Either the event hasn't started, or it is set to private boards. Private boards are only shown to the team they belong to, and you need to be logged in with a verified account.
The event isn't in the list in Discord. The lists only show upcoming events for the clan that server belongs to. An event that has finished or been cancelled drops out.
