What it is
A clan can hold a shared pot that its members give to. The pot pays for a cosmetic tier: extra ways to style your clan's page, such as colours, a crest, a wallpaper and dashboard layout.
Giving is entirely optional and goes toward hosting and development. It unlocks cosmetic extras only, never a gameplay advantage, and every core RSClanTrack feature stays free.
Events, competitions, rank progression, onboarding, the bot and everything else in these guides work the same for every clan, whether or not anyone gives.
How the pot works
The pot is a balance. It works like a prepaid top-up, not a recurring charge.
- Any member can chip in, any amount, whenever they like.
- Every gift tops the balance up.
- Roughly once a month, the selected tier's monthly cost is drawn from the balance.
- While the balance covers it, the tier stays active.
- When it can't, the tier pauses. Nothing is deleted.
- Topping back up reactivates it straight away.
The pot belongs to the clan. It is shared and non-refundable, and it is never any one donor's money. A member who leaves the clan doesn't take their gifts with them.

Choose a tier
Under Select a Tier:
- Auto (Highest Affordable) picks the highest tier the pot can afford at each renewal. It is the simplest choice.
- Manual Mode lets you pick a tier yourself. Choose a lower one to make the balance last longer.
Press Update Selected Tier to save.
Each tier card shows its monthly cost and what it adds. There are four tiers, and the cards on the page are the up-to-date list of what each one includes.
Tier 4 also includes Priority Clan Polling, which refreshes your clan's data sooner. It is an extra on top of the standard refresh, which is the same for every clan with or without a tier.
Add to the pot
Press the Fund ...'s Pot button on the page, or share your clan's give page with members. From Discord, /donate links to it for your clan.
When a member gives, the full amount counts toward their own personal supporter total as well as the clan's pot, as long as they leave the option to credit their clan switched on.
When the balance runs low
Nothing dramatic happens.
- At the renewal check, the pot can't cover the selected tier.
- The tier pauses. With Auto on, the site drops to the highest tier the balance does cover.
- Your settings are kept: uploaded images, colours and layouts are remembered.
- When someone tops the pot up, the tier comes back with everything as you left it.
Where the extras are set up
Once a tier is active, its extras appear where you would expect to use them:
- Name colours, crest frame and shine: Clan settings.
- Theme, wallpaper, banner, dashboard layout and extra tiles: from your clan's own dashboard page, when you are logged in as clan staff.
Common problems
A tier shows as paused. The pot couldn't cover it. Top it up, or select a lower tier.
We gave, but the tier didn't change. In Manual Mode the tier stays where you set it. Switch to Auto, or select the tier you want.
Our colours and images disappeared. The tier that provides them is paused. They are saved and return when it reactivates.
Can we get a refund? No. Gifts to the pot are non-refundable, as stated when giving.
