What it is
Recruitment tracking records which member brought each new member into the clan. You can reward recruiters with rank points and see who does the most recruiting.
It lives on the Recruitment page in clan management.
How a recruit gets recorded
There are two routes.

Points are only ever awarded when a recruit is confirmed, never on the claim alone. That stops members paying themselves.
Confirm a claim
Claims logged in Discord appear under Pending Recruitment Claims, showing who says they recruited whom and how long ago.
- Check it is true.
- Press Confirm to record it. If recruitment points are on, the recruiter is paid now.
- Or press Dismiss if it is wrong. Nothing is recorded.
Record a recruit yourself
Under Record a Recruit:
- In New member, start typing the recruit's name and pick them. Recent joiners are suggested.
- In Recruited by, pick the recruiter.
- Press Record.
It is confirmed immediately, and it replaces any recruiter already on record for that member.
Both boxes search your clan's members. A Discord ID works too, and so does the RuneScape name of someone who isn't listed yet.
Award points for recruiting
- Open Progression Rules.
- Under Points Earning, in Advanced, switch on Recruitment.
- Set how many points a recruit is worth. The default is 5.
- Save.
The points go to the recruiter. See Set up rank progression.
See who recruits most
- Top Recruiters ranks members by confirmed recruits.
- Recruitment Records lists every confirmed recruit: the member, who recruited them, when it was confirmed and by whom.
Fix a mistake
- Wrong recruiter: record it again with the right one. The new record replaces the old.
- Shouldn't be there at all: press Remove on the row in Recruitment Records.
How members log a claim
In Discord, a member types /recruit, then fills in:
- recruit: the new member, by RuneScape name or Discord ID.
- recruiter: who recruited them.
The bot tells them it has been logged and needs an admin to confirm.
Common problems
A member says they logged a claim but it isn't pending. The names have to match members the site knows. Ask them to try again with the exact RuneScape name, or record it yourself.
I confirmed a recruit and no points were given. The Recruitment source is off in your progression rules, or the master switch for points is off.
The new member isn't in the list. They may not have been picked up from the game yet. Type their RuneScape name in full, which works for someone not listed yet.
