Solo or team
Bingo and points events are either Solo Participants or Team Based. Staff choose when the event is created.
- Solo: each player is an entrant with their own board or score.
- Team: each team is one entrant. The team shares a board or score, and tracked tasks add every member's gains together.
Standard and boss events have no teams. Members just register their interest.
Register yourself
- Open the event and press Register. You need to be logged in.
- Solo event: check the name under Registering As and press Register for Event.
- Team event:
- Type a Team Name.
- Under Add Team Members, search for your team mates and add them. You are added automatically.
- Press Register Team.
The number of members you can add is capped by the event's Max Team Size.
Build the teams yourself (staff)
If you want to pick the teams rather than let members form them:
- Edit the event and switch Allow Member Registration off. Members now see Admin Assignment Only and can't register.
- Open the event and press Register. Staff can still use it.
- For a team event, name the team, add its members, and press Register Team. Repeat for each team.
- For a solo event, add the players under Add Players to Register. You can add several at once.
Who can register

Edit a team
On the event page, find the team in the entrants list and press Edit.

Press Save Changes when you are done.
Delete Team Permanently can't be undone. On a bingo, all of the team's tiles and progress are lost with it.
Give a team its own Discord channel
A team's channel is where the bot posts that team's evidence, approvals and progress. Members can also drop a screenshot there to submit it.
How it is set depends on the event's Team updates setting:
- Pick each team's channel yourself: on the team's edit page, choose a channel under Team Discord Channel.
- A thread, forum post or channel per team: the bot makes it for you, with the team's first update. To have it made straight away, press Create now on the team's edit page.

Remove an entrant
- A team: edit the team and use Delete Team Permanently, or press Delete beside it in the entrants list.
- A solo player: press Remove beside their name in the entrants list.
Both remove that entrant's progress.
Common problems
"Login Required". Bingo and points registration needs an account, because the board and submissions are tied to you. Log in with Discord and try again.
I can't add a team mate. They may not be in the clan while the event is members only, the team may be at Max Team Size, or they may already be on another team.
A member wants to swap teams. Staff remove them from one team on its edit page, then add them to the other.
