What it is
Every screenshot an entrant submits waits in a queue until someone on staff looks at it. Approving it fills the bingo tile or awards the points. Rejecting it sends it back with a reason.
Clan staff and the event's host and co-hosts can review.
Where the queue is
On the event page
Open the event. Pending Approvals lists what is waiting, and Admin Controls shows a count such as "3 pending".
On the review page
- Open the event.
- Under Admin Controls, press Review Submissions.
This page is the better place to work through a pile. It shows every pending item with its screenshot and notes, and an Activity Log of the last 50 actions underneath.
Approve or reject
- Open the submission. Check the screenshot shows the task, and whose name is on it.
- Read the entrant's Notes, if any.
- Press Approve. On a points event the button shows what it pays, such as Approve (+50 pts).
- Or type a reason and press Reject.
What happens next:

If the entrant's team has a Discord channel, the result is posted there, so they know without checking the site.
Always give a reason when rejecting. "Name not visible, please retake" saves a back-and-forth.
Complete something without evidence
Sometimes you saw it happen, or the screenshot arrived another way.
- Bingo: open the entrant's board, click the tile, and use Verify / Submit.
- Points: under the target on the event page, use Award Directly and pick the participant.
- Points, off the list: use Award Points to add any amount, or a minus number to take points away. A reason is required.
From Discord, /staff event submit sends in evidence on an entrant's behalf. It still goes through the queue.
Tracked tasks
Tasks set to complete by themselves never reach the queue. They show in the Activity Log as "tracked automatically". See Tracked tasks.
Undo a decision
- Rejected by mistake: ask the entrant to resubmit, or complete it for them as above.
- Approved by mistake on a points event: use Award Points with a minus number, such as
-50, and a reason. That takes the points back off the leaderboard. - Approved by mistake on a bingo: an approved tile can't be reopened, so look closely before you press Approve.
Only pending submissions can be rejected. Once something is approved, the Reject button is gone.
Common problems
Nothing shows under Pending Approvals, but an entrant says they submitted. Ask them to check the event page. A submission that failed (for example, the file wasn't an image) never arrives. They should see it under Your Submissions or as Pending on their board.
The same screenshot was sent twice. Approve one and reject the other. With Allow Repeated Submissions off, an entrant can't send a second one while the first is pending, so this mostly happens when repeats are allowed.
I can't see the Review Submissions button. You are not staff, host or co-host for this event. Standard and boss events have no submissions to review.
